Foundation Account Number Information

Foundation Account Number Crosswalk: Division 10 and Division 11 (click here) 

This section is included for Foundation accounts established June 30, 2005 and prior.

On July 1, 2005, the Foundation account numbers changed from a 3-digit fund number to a 4-digit fund number.

Foundation Accounting Account Number Crosswalk contains the Division 10 and Division 11 accounts established from inception to June 30, 2005.

Division 10

    * contains the Foundation transactions data from January 1, 1991 thru June 30, 2005, and
    * remains active for producing historical reports.

Division 11

    * effective July 1, 2005 and after, contains Foundation transactions current data.

For those who have access to Fundware (FW), your current sign-on ID and the FW sign-on procedure will be the same for both divisions: Division 10 and Division 11. When signing on to Fundware you will need to select a Division.

NOTES:

   1. To produce or request reports:
      PERIOD     Use Division     Fiscal Year
      January 1, 1991 - June 30, 2005     Division 10     1991-2005
      July 1, 2005 and after     Division 11     2006 and after

   2. Reminder of the Foundation's fiscal year endings:
      FY 1971 - 1994     = January 1 - December 31
      FY 1995     = January 1 - June 30 (a six month fiscal year)
      FY 1996 and subsequent years     = July 1 - June 30
