Get a Permit before you dig! Ever wonder why you don't see electric and phone lines around campus? Because everything is UNDERGROUND! In fact, many electric and telecommunication lines are buried without a protective pipe or sleeve. That's why the law requires a Dig Permit before digging any hole on campus, whether it's for a simple signpost, an experimental soil boring, or even planting a tree.
