In June the Financial Systems team, in cooperation with ITS developed the ability to query and report trial balances for those departments who have auxiliary funds. Within the past week, this reporting tool has been enhanced to give users the ability to drill down into various accounts to look at the transactions which have been processed against them. The application does not allow users to drill all the way to the individual transaction detail. To use the tool, select Finance Self-Service through myWings and navigate to the Trial Balance link near the bottom of the page. Select the desired fund (except E&G - 110000) and when the report appears, select the account for which further detail is desired.
