Several departments have reported calls from vendors attempting to solicit orders for copier supplies. These companies represent themselves as major equipment suppliers like Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, etc. and they may even know the serial number of your device. These companies do not represent the major equipment suppliers. They generally charge two or three times the actual cost for copier supplies. Copier supplies like toner and staples should be provided under your service agreement and you should not order from any other source. For those on the Auxiliary Services copier program, your supplies are provided by Ricoh and are included in your cost per click.
