Trick-or-treat safety

As Halloween approaches, we want to encourage "trick-or-treaters" to celebrate the holiday using the attached safety tips. Homemade costumes, treats, and decorations can present hazards if not handled properly. You can make this year's holiday a safe one by following these tips from the Consumer Products Safety Commission.
