Friday, June 29 is the last day to process self-service budget amendments (B09's).

Please review and calculate your budget needs through the end of the fiscal year keeping the following dates in mind:

• The last day for self-service budget amendments is June 29.
• FY06-07 inter-departmental recharges are due to General Accounting by July 5.
• The OPS Payroll for warrant date July 6 (pay period 6/16 - 6/29/07) will be charged to FY06-07.
• FY06-07 p-card transactions, direct pays, travel reimbursements, etc. are due to General Accounting by July 10.

According to the deadlines above, transactions will be charged to the operating ledger after the last day to process FY06-07 self-service budget amendments. Carefully estimate all of your expenditures, such as travel, direct pay, invoices, interdepartmental charges, telephone, copy charges and OPS when you are calculating your final budget amendments. Be sure to provide enough expense budget to cover all of your anticipated needs.

Please note that the Budget Office will not approve NSF overrides, all negative balances will need to be cleared.
