Over the summer months, there are often small moves that will occur within departments. In order to maintain accurate floor plans and the University's Space File, the Facilities Planning and Construction Office (FP&CO) should be notified when and where these relocations are to occur. Keep in mind that phones, fax machines, computers and copiers can't just be relocated to new offices without proper coordination for connectivity transfer.
