Separate International Mail and Domestic Mail

When preparing postal mailings do not commingle international and domestic mail pieces.  International rates are different from domestic rates and if the mail pieces are commingled, the international mail can be metered incorrectly. If international mail is incorrectly metered, it can cause a processing delay of up to 7 days and the University will incur additional processing fees.  To assist Postal Services in processing international mail, departments should complete a separate postal recharge slip for international mail.  For more information contact Tully Burnett at ext. 2874 or tburnett@unf.edu.
