Course Enrollment and Rosters
UNF Administrative Applications Menu
Class Rosters
The Department Chair can view a list of courses for a term sorted by course ID or instructor. The dates, days, building, room, total enrolled and number of any missing grades are displayed. In addition, the Chair can select a particular course (CRN) to see additional information such as, Class Roster, Incomplete Grades, Grade Roll, Missing Grades, Withdrawals, Midterm Grades, and even download the Class Roster. The Grade Roll and Midterm Grades functions permit department chairs to enter grades on behalf of an instructor. These functions are only available when the grade rolls are active.
