Audit Project Tracking System
The Audit Project Tracking System provides the Office of Internal Auditing a means for tracking projects and related issues, tracking staff time, and reporting.
Auditor Inquiry
As part of the Audit Project Tracking System, an Auditor or Project Administrator can view Projects and Issues by selecting from the various drop down boxes.
The selections will vary depending upon the Type selection of Project or Issue.
When Project is selected then the following fields are available for selection: Fiscal Year, Project Status, Work Type, and Assigned To.
When Issue is selected then the following fields are available for selection: Fiscal Year, Issue Status, Risk Rating, and Assigned To.
Only the Project Administrator has the Assigned To selection.
For Projects the following fields are displayed: Project Number, Fiscal Year, Work Type, Status, Name, Budgeted Hours, Actual Hours (from Timesheets), and Variance ((actual hours – budgeted hours)/budgeted hours)*100) .
For Issues the following fields are displayed: Project Number, Name, Issue Number, Description, Status, Rating, Target Resolution Date, and Age (system date minus target resolution date; if system date is before target resolution date then the age is displayed in GREEN; if system date is after target resolution date then the age is displayed in RED).

Auditor Worklist
As part of the Audit Project Tracking System, an Auditor can view active Projects and Issues assigned to them.
For Projects the following fields are displayed: Project Number, Fiscal Year, Work Type, Status, Name, Budgeted Hours, Actual Hours (from Timesheets), and Variance ((actual hours – budgeted hours)/budgeted hours)*100).
For Issues the following fields are displayed: Project Number, Name, Issue Number, Description, Status, Rating, Target Resolution Date, and Age (system date minus target resolution date; if system date is before target resolution date then the age is displayed in GREEN; if system date is after target resolution date then the age is displayed in RED).

Budget Allocation Maintenance
As part of the Audit Project Tracking System, the Project Administrator will establish hours budgeted by fiscal year and work type. This information will be used for reporting budgeted to actual.

Control Table Maintenance
As part of the Audit Project Tracking System, there are a number of data elements that are used throughout the system and need to be defined. The various data elements are listed in the Field Name drop-down box. As each different value is selected, there are different fields that must be entered (see table below).

Employee Worklist
As part of the Audit Project Tracking System, an Assigned Employee can view active Issues assigned to them.
The following fields are displayed: Project Number, Name, Issue Number, Description, Status, Rating, Target Resolution Date, and Age (system date minus target resolution date; if system date is before target resolution date then the age is displayed in GREEN; if system date is after target resolution date then the age is displayed in RED).

Global Table Maintenance
As part of the Audit Project Tracking System, there are a number of global data elements that are used throughout the system and need to be defined. Audit Team Members with Control Screen access will be able to enter and update values.
