Cancel Recruit Records
This process cancels recruit records for students who have an admissions application for another term within the same year or for another term within the year before or after the application year. Only recruit records with terms greater than the current term will be canceled. The level and student type on the application must match the recruit record. In the case of transfer student types, a J (Transfer from FL College Sys) is considered to be equal to a U (Other Undergraduate Transfer).
This process produces output that is sent to users listed in the rec_cancelled distribution list.

Electronic Prospects Post Processing
This process updates campus tour reservations after the Electronic Prospect match and load processes occur (SRRSRIN and SRRPREL for Prospect Code of ‘DE’). Students will have their temporary recruit ID updated to their permanent Banner ID in the Campus Tour Reservations system after the matching process is complete. Once this job has been run, the Electronic Prospect Purge (SRTPURG) process may be run. Currently these processes are automated for the Prospect Code of ‘DE’ and run in the following order:
1. SRRSRIN
2. SRRPREL
3. WSA5630
4. SRTPURG

Monitor BRM System Errors
This process sends an email to the analysts defined in the job catalog when there are technical system errors in Banner Relationship Management (BRM). The email notifies the analyst of any errors that have occurred and provides a solution to resolving the issue.
The following types of errors are tracked:
- Contact to Interaction Failures
- Failed System Events
- Campaign Alerts
- Calculation Problems with Population Lists Attached to Campaigns
- Failed Communication Jobs (these appear as sent in the BRM user interface)

Population Selection for Assigning GEO-regions
The process selects all students with a recruit record greater than the current term or an admissions application greater than the current term and where there has been a change made to the permanent address since the last time this job ran. The records are then inserted into the population selection table (GLBEXTR). This population selection is then used to run a Banner job that assigns the student a geo-region based on their permanent address.
