    For the Scholarship Management System, produce a list of Award Changes that have been approved but have not been loaded into Banner.  These awards must be entered manually.

     

    The report is sent to Q:\FinAid\SMS Processing.

    Load Foundation Scholarships


    This process selects the scholarships from the Scholarship Management System that are in an Offered status and have been through the approval process.  The process attempts to load each scholarship into Banner.  There are reports that include information regarding each scholarship and whether or not the scholarship was loaded successfully.  There is a separate report for athlete as they cannot be loaded automatically.

    Set Offered to Active


    Set award status from Offered to Active for awards that have been loaded into Banner. 

     

    The report is sent to Q:\FinAid\SMS Processing.

    Update Donor Information


    Donor information from Raiser's Edge is copied into a temporary table in the NFVIEW schema. 


    This process will update the Scholarship Management System donor table (WTSRDNR) in the NFSTU schema from this table.


    Donors will be updated and inserted but not deleted.

    Update Loaded into Banner Checkbox


    Once awards have been loaded into Banner using the process (WRP6100) then this process will run to update the award to indicate that the award has been loaded into Banner.
