    New Way to Submit IT Project Proposals

    Arrows with Project Management text Beginning Monday, Aug. 24, faculty and staff will use TeamDynamix for submitting project proposal requests. IT project proposals include efforts such as modifying existing UNF software applications, custom software development, new report requests, implementation of a cloud or hosted application, business re-engineering and improvement, and replacing one product with another.     Students, faculty and staff see a new interface when submitting an Information Technology Services request within myWings or at http://help.unf.edu. The new tool, TeamDynamix, gives users status-tracking ability for easier monitoring of progress and resolution of requests. Visit the website to learn how to submit an online ITS request using the new interface. In addition to online submissions, the ITS Help Desk may be contacted by phone, e-mail or in-person visit to request assistance.
