Postal Services: Preparing student mail

Correspondence to students must be separated from U.S. Mail and interdepartmental mail. The mail must show legibly:

    * Name of student
    * Student address, Housing box number
    * Jacksonville, FL 32224-7634

      Example:

      Sally Student
      11800 UNF Drive HB# 0000
      Jacksonville, FL  32224-7634
