Osprey 1Card Office

The Osprey 1Card is the official identification card of the University of North Florida and is required for access to essential campus services. It also offers Ozzie Bucks - a convenient account for making purchases on and off campus.   Your Osprey 1Card is THE most important card that you will have at the University of North Florida.  Please protect your card and carry it with you at all times.  Visit www.osprey1card.com to learn more.

Requirements

    * Your driver's license, military ID, or passport
    * To be a currently enrolled student or an active employee at the University of North Florida

Faculty & Staff On-Campus Distribution

Faculty & Staff who have not received their new Osprey 1Card can pickup their Osprey 1Card in the Osprey 1Card Office, Daniels Hall, Bldg. 1 Room 1600 beginning Monday, August 25 through Friday, September 5 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Students On-Campus Distribution

Students who have not received their new Osprey 1Card can pickup their Osprey 1Card in the Fine Arts Center LOBBY (near the Ticket Box Office in Bldg. 45) beginning Monday, August 25 through Friday, September 5 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Report a lost or stolen card immediately to the Osprey 1Card customer service at 1-888-290-2030 or visit the Osprey 1Card Office in Daniel Hall, Bldg. 1 Room 1600. You are responsible for all transactions that occur before your card is officially reported.

    * $15.00 Replacement Card; $10.00 Replacement Card with police report
