It is mandatory that Freshman Students attend ALL programs during their scheduled orientation session. It is not mandatory that Parents attend all program sessions, however, it is highly encouraged.
Below are just a few of the activities you will participate in during your Parent Orientation session. These programs are designed to help you and your student have the best possible transition in becoming a successful Osprey student and Osprey Parent.
- Meet UNF Faculty and Staff
- Meet and get to know the Parent's Association Staff
- Get to know fellow incoming Osprey Parents
- Tour the UNF Campus with the Swoop Squad
- Tour the UNF Residential Facilities
- Learn about General Academic Policies and Procedures
- Participate in Workshop Sessions
- Learn about Financial Aid, Scholarships and Paying Fees
- Visit the Blue and Grey Café
- Learn about Student Life Clubs and Organizations
