Kelly Marton headshot                                                        The Outstanding Undergraduate Advisor Award is given annually to a member of the Academic Advising Council (AAC) at UNF. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding contributions to the field of academic advising, genuine concern for students, excellent communication and collaboration skills, professionalism, and philosophical beliefs that are consistent with UNF’s mission. It is a prestigious honor that shines light on a deserving member of the advising community.

Kelly Marton of the Coggin College of Business won the Outstanding Undergraduate Advisor Award for 2017-2018. Her tireless service toward students and leadership within the AAC, willingness to take on new projects, and unwavering support to those around her were just a few reasons why Kelly exemplifies this award. A colleague said this about her: “Kelly brings wonderful energy to our College Advising Office. She consistently offers one hundred percent of herself to every student she meets. Her passion for guiding students to create their own transformational experience, in and out of the classroom, has benefited hundreds.”
