Degree ProgramsFaculty GovernanceAcademic Programs CommitteeAll new degree program proposals and all curriculum changes must be reviewed and approved by the Faculty Association Academic Programs Committee (APC). Once approved by APC, the requests are forwarded to Faculty Association for approval. When Faculty Association approval is granted, the requests are submitted to Academic Affairs for Administrative approval. Additional information on the Academic Program Committee requirements and processes can be found on the Faculty Association web site. Administrative GovernanceAll new degree program proposals also require approval from the President, Educational Policy Committee, and the Board of Trustee's. Once a baccalaureate or master's degree proposal is approved, the Board of Governors staff is notified. All doctoral degree program proposals require approval by the Board of Governors. |
