Caribe Submissions

What to Submit

Caribe publishes scholarly articles, essays, notes, interviews, and book reviews in Spanish and English about the Spanish-speaking countries in the Caribbean area and Central America. Essays on U.S. Latino/Latina literature will also be considered. Creative works are published by invitation only.

Requirements for Submission

Manuscripts should not exceed 18 typewritten pages (double-spaced) and should conform to the latest edition of the MLA Style Manual. Endnotes should be kept to a minimum and incorporated into the text whenever possible. Manuscripts should be submitted in triplicate, with an abstract of 200 words, accompanied by a self-addressed envelope and unattached stamps. Electronic submissions are welcome.
