Chemistry Department Facilities

The Chemistry department is located in the Science & Engineering Building, Building 50. This facility provides teaching and research facilities for the departments of Chemistry, Physics, Building Construction Management, and Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical.)

 

The facilities include two state-of-the-art lecture halls, a timber-woodland lab, a construction and structural materials lab, a state-of-the-art analytical chemistry laboratory, and research laboratories for Chemistry and Physics faculty.

 

The chemistry offices and labs are situated on the second and third floor of the building, with classrooms (including a 125 seat auditorium with a fume hood) on the first floor.
