| Summary: |
This course will provide an excellent opportunity to experience differences in business ethics across organizations in the US and the Netherlands. Students will be able to discover through collaborative research groups how businesses deals with a small set of shared ethical concerns in contemporary, global business: (e.g. how each divides ethics from compliance, diversity in the workplace, and business ethics across national/cultural boundaries). During the trip to the Netherlands, students will meet with business representatives face-to-face, and collect data from Dutch firms as well. Students will also visit popular tourist attractions and places with cultural and historical significance during the trip. |
