The University of Dubai (UD) College of Business Administration is AACSB accredited - only 5% of business universities worldwide hold this prestigious international accreditation including Harvard Business School. Central to UD's success is an outstanding faculty that creates a deep understanding of business through its teaching with skill and passion, research and services. Faculty members have made the classroom at the University of Dubai a place where learning is an intense and an interactive engagement. The experience goes beyond merely providing skills, tools, or knowledge. It also builds up the critical thinking and judgment that is the basis for a lifetime of leadership in a challenging and rapidly changing world.
One of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates, Dubai is popular with tourists and business people alike. There is virtually no crime, the city is clean, apartments and villas are modern and spacious and the climate is pleasant for most of the year. Freedom of worship is allowed to all religions, and Christian churches have existed in Dubai for many years. Foreign newspapers, magazines, films and videos are readily available. With its lavish reputation and oil revenues, Dubai continues to impress with world-class events such as the annual Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai International Film Festival, Dubai World Cup, and Dubai Desert Classic golf tournament.

Students may liaise with UD Student Services with assistance finding housing. UD recommends visiting the classified section in Gulf News to check the availability of these apartments.
The fall semester runs from late August to early January; the spring semester runs from mid-February to mid-June. View University of Dubai's academic calendar. See the 2013/2014 course schedule and calendar.
