Ron Autrey has served as President of Miller Electric Company since 2004. His community involvement also includes Past Chairmanship of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and he is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Jacksonville University. He serves on several community and National Industry Boards, and is a member of the newly formed Jacksonville Civic Council. As the fourth leader of an 82 year old company, he has led the company’s expansion throughout the Southeastern U.S., more than tripling revenue and net worth. He resides in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife Hilah Hillyer Autrey, both are Jacksonville natives.

Dr. Robert Lufrano joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) in 1990 where he is currently chairman of the board of directors and serves as the company’s chief executive officer. Lufrano completed postdoctoral studies in medicine at Harvard University and UCLA. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine. Lufrano is a member of the board of directors of several health industry organizations, including America’s Health Insurance Plans BCBSF and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. He also serves on the board of trustees for the University of North Florida Foundation.

Dr. Paulson joined the UNF faculty in 1980 where he holds the title “Blanche and Luther Coggin Professor of Management.” He received his Ph.D. in sociology from Iowa State University in 1971. This degree brings a unique perspective to his teaching in the fields of business ethics, international business, and organizational theory. Dr. Paulson has received several awards for his teaching and research work. In particular, he is the recipient of the UNF Distinguished Professor Award for his accomplishments in scholarship, teaching, and public service. Above all, however, Dr. Paulson is widely regarded as a model for fairness and providing value in relationships with students, colleagues, and business organizations.
