Coggin College of Business Scholarships

Scholarships directed to a particular student from an outside agency are considered custodial scholarships. They are not processed as a UNF Foundation gift. They are to be directly sent to Enrollment Services Processing. They are responsible for posting the award directly to the student’s account. Please follow individual application guidelines. Custodial Scholarships

Scholarship Eligibility Deadline
AST&L / L.L. Waters Scholarship

Undergraduate students in their junior or senior year at a fully accredited four-year U.S. college or university, who are enrolled in a degree program in which Transportation/logistics is their area of concentration are eligible. Students enrolled in, or accepted to, a fully accredited college or university in the pursuit of graduate studies in transportation/logistics/physical distribution as their concentration of study, are also eligible. 

 

  • Final due date for submission (i.e., date received) of applications and all supporting documents: Thursday, September 26, 2013. Please call 202-580-7270 ext. 3 with questions.
  • Notification of winner: Monday, October 7, 2013.

Awards will be paid towards the Winter 2013 semester or quarter. Payments will be made directly to the student to be used exclusively for tuition/books or direct college expenses.
 

    Students who wish to apply for the L.L. Waters Scholarship must do so by submitting a completed application form to the Scholarship Judging Panel, American Society of Transportation and Logistics, Inc., PO Box 3363, Warrenton, VA 20188. This form must be accompanied by an official transcript. Letters of recommendation must be received separately from two faculty members in the applicant's school who have major teaching and research commitments in transportation/logistics/supply chain management.

    2013 Delta Nu Alpha Foundation Scholarship

    The Scholarship Program is open to all students in Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.   Students pursuing Associate and Bachelor degrees are encouraged to apply.   Each applicant is judged based on:

    • Scholastic Achievement
    • Career Goals and Related Transportation/Logistics interest
    • Letters of Recommendation and Financial Need

        

    Recommendations will be presented to the Foundation Board of Trustees for approval.  All applicants will be notified of the Scholarship Committee’s decisions.
