- Declare an interest in majoring in Civil Engineering or Building Construction Management
- Have earned a minimum, UNF-recalculated high school GPA of 3.0

Preference will be given to students with declared career interest in commercial construction.

Full-time, undergraduate student enrolled in the College of Computing, Engineering & Construction who is an active member of the UNF SWE.
