How to Become a Member 

To become part of the UNF Masters Swim Team, please go to www.usms.org  or follow the instructions below. This fee is paid once a year directly to USMS.  If you need assistance, please contact us at (904) 620-2854. 

• Go to the USMS Member Registration Form.  
• Choose the first option if you have been a member before. If you have not, choose the second option. 
• Click continue. 
• Check the age elegibility. 
• Then check the first option” Yes, I know the club's official abbreviation.” The abbreviation is NFMS. 
• Click continue. 
• Choose our club “UNF Masters Swimming”. 
• Click continue. 
• Fill out the form with your information and click next page. 
• Agree to the waiver. 
• After the waiver, the system will take you to the payment screen.
