Annual Excellence in Employee Development Awards Call for Nominations

The University of North Florida’s Division of Continuing Education, in partnership with the American Society for Training and Development as well as the Society for Human Resource Management, announces a call for nominations for the 11th Annual Excellence in Employee Development Awards.  

 

Don’t miss the opportunity to recognize companies, organizations, departments, teams and individuals whose outstanding achievements have significantly advanced workplace learning and performance. The submission deadline is Friday, Nov. 4, with category winners being honored at the awards luncheon, Wednesday, Dec. 7. The keynote speaker, Kelly Mannel, principal of Image Partners, Inc., will share industry best practices in organizational development through leading research on the emerging role of civility and emotional intelligence in the workplace. For more than a decade, Mannel has incorporated organization-wide engagement and executive coaching to promote cutting-edge talent management, leadership development and change for companies in all industry segments.  

A writer and frequent guest speaker to the industry, Mannel has worked as a consultant and coach for many Fortune 100 companies, including the Intel Corporation, Mayo Clinic, Proctor & Gamble, CSX Transportation, Shell Oil and dozens of regional financial, health care, insurance and manufacturing companies.
