UNF Hosts Human Trafficking Awareness Discussion

 Amnesty International-University of North Florida, Northeast Florida Chapter, in conjunction with Transitions Global and the Northeast Florida Human  Trafficking Task Force, are hosting a Human Trafficking Awareness discussion from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, in the Student Union, Building 58W, Ballroom B, on the UNF campus. 



The discussion forum will feature two Cambodian guest speakers, who were victims of human trafficking. Human trafficking is considered to be modern-day slavery and is the second most profitable criminal industry in the world. Raise your awareness through this presentation and meet with sponsoring organizations to learn how to help counteract this crime.
