Employee Development Awards Hosted by UNF Division of Continuing Education
The Fifth Annual Excellence in Employee Development Awards will be presented at a luncheon ceremony on Wednesday, June 15 at the UNF University Center. The deadline for applications is May 16. No fee is required to submit an application.
The awards recognize companies, organizations, departments, teams, and individuals from North Florida whose outstanding achievements have significantly advanced workplace learning and performance.
Keynote Speaker Dr. Pat Crull, Vice President, Chief Learning Officer of TIAA-CREF, will present “Trends in Excellence: Best Practices in Workplace Learning and Performance.” She has also served as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for Toys “R” Us and Vice President of Worldwide Training, Learning and Development for McDonald’s Corporation. She also served as the 2004 National Chairperson of the American Society for Training&Development Board of Directors.
“This award program is an important opportunity to recognize business leaders who demonstrate a commitment to employee development and lifelong learning,” said Steven Borowiec, Interim Dean of the University of North Florida Continuing Education Division. “Award winners set a standard of excellence for all of us to follow.
