Evangelical Christian Women and Gender Battles

Dr. Julie Ingersoll, an assistant professor of religious studies at UNF, has written “Evangelical Christian Women War Stories in the Gender Battles.” The book, published by NYU Press, draws on two years of research nationwide to explore the gender conflict women in evangelical Christianity face. Ingersoll’s book includes a look at women who resist accepted gender roles while remaining committed to evangelical Christianity.

University Closed for Holiday

UNF will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, and Friday, Nov. 28, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Fall Classes Wrapping Up

The last day for regular classes at UNF is Friday, Dec. 5. Finals week is Dec. 8-12.
