The tuition scholarship program allows the spouse, dependent or domestic partner of University of North Florida faculty, administrative and support staff employees who have been employed for at least six months, and who are in good standing, the opportunity to take classes at UNF, tuition free. Please refer to the FAQ below for more information on the requirements and benefits of the program.

The program does not cover the tuition costs for thesis, dissertation, internships, directed independent study, non-credit courses, or sponsored credit program offerings.
Additionally, the program will not cover additional fees including, but not limited to the Wall Street Journal fee, Week of Welcome fee, Osprey ID Card fee, Orientation fee or the state-mandated Repeat Surcharge fee.
The spouse, dependent or domestic partner is responsible for remaining in good academic standing for any courses covered by the tuition scholarship program:
For undergraduate courses - the spouse, dependent or domestic partner must earn a 'C' or better
For graduate courses - the spouse, dependent or domestic partner must earn a 'B' or better
Failure to meet the minimum grade requirements will prevent the spouse, dependent or domestic partner from using the tuition scholarship program benefit for the next semester. The spouse, dependent or domestic partner does not have to repay the University for the waived tuition costs.
