Nature of Work:

This is work providing functional and operational support for business and application software.


Typical Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the department’s business process applications.
  • Facilitates use of systems application to satisfy need of the department and other users.
  • Conducts analysis and research on new business process applications, hardware, and enhancements.
  • Maintains communications with other departments and vendors on departmental needs.


Basic Qualifications:

A high school diploma and six years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
