TRAINING AND INFORMATION
The Center for Development and Training (CPDT) offers many training opportunities and seminars designed to enhance employment skills and cope with life issues. Information, including training schedules may be found on their website: www.unf.edu/cpdt/

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
The Outstanding Achievement Award honors USPA employees for performing at the highest level of excellence, and their significant accomplishments to the university community.
The Gabor/UNF Foundation Award honors employees who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the University. These individuals regularly and consistently exceed expectations and go above and beyond the requirements of their job.
INFORMATIVE MEMBER MEETINGS
The USPA officers and staff affairs committee regularly coordinate assemblies which are held at least twice a year for USPA employees. The staff is committed to communicating the information employees need to succeed in a positive working and learning environment. All USPA employees are encouraged to attend these assemblies to take advantage of:
· Information—Meaningful communication about UNF benefits, resources, and current issues in an open forum
· Connections—Networking with USPA staff, peers and colleagues, and expert keynote speakers
· Contributions—Submitting ideas that will promote opportunities to cultivate outstanding service and excellence
