CELEBRATING AFRICAN AMERICAN HISTORICAL FIGURES & THE LOST ART OF LETTER WRITING – FEBRUARY 21, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. 

at  the RITZ THEATRE AND MUSEUM 

Ritz Theatre and Museum Nokturnal Escape Entertainment Presents Before Email: Celebrating African American Historical Figures and the Lost Art of Letter Writing.  The show celebrates the little known and intimate details of prominent African-Americans.  Based on the book Letters from Black America by Pamela Newkirk, the performance highlights an interconnectedness among many well-known African-American historical figures as well as the lost art of letter writing.  For additional information contact www.nokturnalescape.com or www.ritzjacksonville.com.
