Should I attend Orientation with my student?
It is not mandatory for the parents to attend but many parents find the program very benificial in assisting thier student as they navigate thier first semester at UNF.
Is there a cost to attend the Parent Orientation Program?
Yes. There is a $35 charge to attend the program that also serves as your an Annual Family Membership to the UNF Parents Association.
Can I attend the academic advising session with my student?
No. Due to the limited amount of time each student has with an advisor we limit advising and registration to students only. If you have any questions about your student’s schedule you may stop by the
Academic Center for Excellence
at the conclusion of the Orientation program or contact them at (904) 620-1012.
