Barb has worked in Enrollment Services at UNF for 17 years. She began her tenure in the Office of the Assistant Provost and the Enrollment Services Office, and in 2003 divided her time between Enrollment Services and Institutional Advancement, when she accepted the responsibility of managing UNF’s Institutional and Foundation Scholarship programs. In 2003, Barb was chosen to chair the Enrollment Services Task Force that researched, designed, and planned the university’s move to a new One Stop concept for handling UNF students enrollment processes. In 2005, following Enrollment Services reorganization into its current One Stop model, Barb became the Director of the Enrollment Services Processing Office when the offices of Financial Aid, Admissions Processing, Document Imaging, and the Registrar’s Office were blended into a single office designed to handle the processing of all the business processes related to students in those four areas. Prior to coming to UNF, Barb taught elementary, middle school, and university level students in Minnesota and Florida.

Anissa came to the University of North Florida in October 2005 after working more than 10 years in Florida’s Community College System. She began as the Associate Director of Student Financial Aid and was promoted to the Director of Student Financial Aid in March 2008.

Megan is a proud Osprey, earning her Psychology degree in 1997 and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2001. After working in the non-profit sector, Megan joined the Enrollment Services team in 2004. She originally held a position in Admissions and later moved to the newly formed Office of One Stop Student Services. Megan’s experience in One Stop provided an excellent foundation for later positions in Enrollment Services Processing focusing on financial aid and application input. She moved into her current University Registrar position in 2008 and remains focused on providing top notch customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Will has been with UNF since March 2006. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and in 2004 with a Master’s in Public Administration . After graduation from UCF, he worked in an Advising Office and then began working in Financial Aid. In 2006, he joined One Stop Student Services and made a transition in 2007 to the Financial Aid Processing Office. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Student Financial Aid and supervises the verification team and the staff members who are on the Specialist on Call team.

Andrea has been an Osprey since becoming a UNF student in Fall 2000. She graduated with her Psychology degree in 2003. During her academic career, she worked in the campus library in the periodicals department. In 2005, she joined the Records and Registration office, several months before the Enrollment Services re-organization that resulted in One Stop. As a member of the Enrollment Services Processing team, Andrea has served as the Assistant Registrar since 2008 and is the manager of the course and classroom schedule.

Jen started at UNF as a student in Fall 2007. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2010. In 2009, she joined the Office of Enrollment Services Processing as an OPS staff member doing application input. After a few months, Jen was moved to Enrollment Services Processing – Financial Aid where she did financial aid verification. In 2010, Jen had the opportunity to move back to Processing-Admissions as a full-time Admissions Transfer Evaluator. She later transitioned into the Coordinator, Admissions- Processing position. Jen’s current position is the Assistant Director, Enrollment Services Processing-Admissions. The Processing-Admissions team is responsible for application input, application fee processing, documentation scanning, residency determination, transcript evaluation, and admission decisions for undergraduate transfer students, post-baccalaureate, and special populations.
