Our office consists of three main areas - Admissions Processing, Student Financial Aid Processing, and Records & Registration Processing.

Last year, our staff members:

• scanned, indexed, and verified over 600,000 student documents
• processed over 24,000 applications for admission
• admitted over 5,000 students in the transfer, post baccalaureate, and non-degree student categories
• processed over 12,200 residency decisions
• processed over 25,000 transcript requests from current and former students
• processed and printed 4,457 Associate, Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees/diplomas for graduating students
• processed grades for all of our 16,000+ students each term
• scheduled over 5,500 courses for UNF’s five colleges and Honors program
• disbursed over $101,000,000 of financial aid to our UNF students.
