eComm lounge

Visit the Lounge

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday

Location: Founders Hall, Building 2, Suite 2100

The Women's Center lounge is available to students, staff and faculty. You may study, charge your electronics, eat your lunch, enjoy free coffee and tea, watch TV, visit with friends or browse the library books.

eComm shoe drive

Angel Bins Shoe Drive

Location: Women's Center

 Clean out your closet and donate shoes in wearable condition to Angel Bins, which is sponsoring a fundraiser to collect 10,000 pairs of shoes by June 30. The shoes will be used to help with worldwide relief.

Collection bins are in the offices of the co-sponsors of the event, the Women’s Center (Founders Hall, suite 2100), the Intercultural Center for Peace (Student Union East, suite 1106), Human Resources and the Equal Opportunity & Diversity (Building 1, suite 1206).

eComm Sudoku

Sudoku book donations needed

Location: Women's Center

 UNF has been asked to donate 300 Sudoku books to add to military care packages for our active duty personnel.

The event is sponsored by the Jacksonville Women of Color in observance of the 911 National Day of Remembrance and Service, scheduled from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 11, in Metro Park.

Donations accepted through July 31 at the Women’s Center (Founders Hall, suite 2100), Human Resources and the Equal Opportunity & Diversity (Building 1, suite 1206). For additional information, contact Cheryl Gonzalez at Cheryl.gonzalez@unf.edu.
