Student Union Reservations Office
Reservations may be made in person or via email using the below reservation request forms. If you wish to inquire about availability, please contact the Student Union Administration Office, located in the Student Union Building 58 East, Suite 1302. Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our telephone number is (904) 620-2525.
The Student Union will begin taking reservation requests for the Fall 2018 semester at 8 a.m. Monday, February 19th, for all registered student organizations (must be in good standing with Club Alliance) and Student Government agencies. Student organizations will be allowed to request one reoccurring meeting and one special event. Reservations are made in the order in which they are received. Additional requests can be made beginning Monday, February 26th.
On February 26th, Fall 2018 reservations are open and available for all on-campus departments, agencies, organizations, Greek Chapters and off-campus groups interested in hosting any myriad of events and meetings.
