Executive Branch

Positions will be updated continuously. As we are currently in the midst of our transition period, many positions are not yet filled. Please refer to our homepage for applications.


The Executive Branch works to address student concerns on campus. Members of the Executive Branch help the student body in multiple ways. Their duties include serving on university committees, speaking at events, working with athletes, Greek and other groups and organizations, as well as coordinating activities for students. The Executive Branch is comprised of the Executive Cabinet and Executive Agencies. To see what was accomplished during 2016-2017, click here.


Meet the Team

President Thomas Beaucham 

Thomas Beaucham is a Jacksonville native studying accounting and political science. He was elected to the Senate in Fall 2015 and served on the Budget and Allocations Committee before being appointed Chairman of the Government Oversight Committee in Fall 2016. He was elected Senate President in April 2017 and served until assuming the role of Student Body President in October. He plans to graduate in Spring 2018 and continue at UNF for his master’s in accountancy. His interests are: philosophy, social issues, and the occasional video game when he’s not super busy.

Chief of Staff Gloria Turner

   Gloria is a junior majoring in history and double minoring in community leadership and philosophy. Gloria was born in south Florida and after graduating high school she moved to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida. Since her time in college, Gloria has fallen in love with both the Jacksonville community and UNF. This is Gloria’s second position within Student Government and she is excited to work for students and with students in order to give back to her UNF community. 


As Chief of Staff, Gloria hopes to develop and execute programs that will help Student Government to better engage with the student body here at UNF. She hopes that these programs will better the student’s campus lives while being fun and enjoyable for all.


Gloria is also involved within various organizations on campus. After graduating, Gloria hopes to attend law school where she wishes to pursue a career in corporate law.  

38075 Project Assistant Holden Jung 

Holden is a first-year student at UNF, but was born in west Tennessee. He originally grew up in Spring Hill, FL, and moved to Jacksonville to become an Osprey. He is majoring in Communications in the field of Multimedia Journalism, and minoring in Leadership. Ultimately, he hopes to pursue a career in the field of sports broadcasting, potentially with larger corporations, such as ESPN. In his free time, Holden enjoys playing/watching sports with his friends, listening to/making music, eating at Chick-fil-A, reading, and making others smile.
38076  Director of Public Relations Theodore Mason

Theodore is a senior majoring in International Studies and minoring in Leadership. He previously served as a Senator in Spring 2017, and was a Model United Nations competitor for two years prior to joining the executive team. In his free time, Theodore, enjoys longboarding, listening to music, and taking naps in his hammock.
