The Executive Branch works to address student concerns on campus. Members of the Executive Branch help the student body in multiple ways. Their duties include serving on university committees, speaking at events, working with athletes, Greek and other groups and organizations, as well as coordinating activities for students. The Executive Branch is comprised of the Executive Cabinet, Student Body Vice President and Student Body President.
Joseph Turner was born in Jacksonville, Florida but grew up
in South Florida. He attended St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School in Ft.
Lauderdale and graduated in 2011. Joseph returned to Jacksonville to attend the
University of North Florida, and is currently enrolled as a double major in
Finance and Economics. Joseph serves as
Student Body President of the University and has been involved in Student
Government since his very first day of class. He served as a Senator, Senate
Parliamentarian, Attorney General and Student Body Treasurer. Joseph hopes to
make the most of his time at UNF bettering the Osprey experience, promoting a
high value degree and giving students the results they deserve.
Anthony (Tony) Stevens was born
and raised in Cooper City, Florida. He attended Cooper City High School and
graduated in 2009. Here at the University of North Florida Tony is double
majoring in Marketing and Finance. Since 2011, Tony has served in Student
Government as a Senator, Senate President Pro-Tempore, Chief of Staff and
currently Vice President. Tony joined Student Government to give back to his
fellow students and help provide a college experience they will remember for
the rest of their lives. His door is always open, and if there is anything he
