The Executive Branch works to address student concerns on campus. Members of the Executive Branch help the student body in multiple ways. Their duties include serving on university committees, speaking at events, working with athletes, Greek and other groups and organizations, as well as coordinating activities for students. The Executive Branch is comprised of the Executive Cabinet and Executive Agencies.
Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Bella graduated from Pine
View School in 2014, before attending UNF. She is currently a junior
at UNF, majoring in International Relations and minoring in Environmental
Studies. During her time at UNF, she has been an active student in the Hicks
Honors College, a sister of Delta Gamma, served as a research assistant, and
completed two study abroad programs. Bella plans to graduate in Spring of 2018
and continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental
Policy and Sustainable Development. She hopes to one day work for a subsect of
the United Nations Environmental Programme.
Rachel is a junior from Palm Bay, Florida who is double majoring in Political Science and History while double minoring in Chinese as well as Political Campaign and Advocacy. Rachel is heavily involved in campus life and several student run organizations, including a position on the executive staff of Model United Nations. An ardent supporter of peoples’ involvement in government, she has volunteered for and been employed by numerous local, state, and federal campaigns. She spent the first half of 2016 working for the National Republican Congressional Committee in Washington, DC. After college, she is looking forward to obtaining her masters in Political Science in the North East, with an end goal of one day working for the White House.
Zach spent most of his life in Central Florida before moving to Jacksonville to attend UNF, where he is now a junior majoring in Business Administration and Interdisciplinary Studies. During his time at UNF he has had the privilege and ability to interact with a diverse group of people and is now a Teaching Assistant for the Honors Colloquium course, which focuses on encouraging diversity and leadership in communities. Always looking for new adventures, as evidenced by his two study abroad trips the summer of 2016, Zach hopes to study in England after graduation and one day become a professor.
Chavon is a Master’s student studying Educational Leadership here at UNF. She is originally from Rochester, New York. Chavon relocated to Jacksonville, Florida after completing her Bachelor’s in Women’s Studies, Public Policy and Writing in 2015. Upon moving to Jacksonville, Chavon volunteered a year of service for City Year Jacksonville, where she mentored and tutored urban youth, before enrolling into her Master’s program. Chavon is highly passionate about social advocacy and youth mentorship. She aspires to pair her passions together by opening her own educational facility in the near future.
Abby is a junior at the University of North Florida. She is majoring in Marketing & Logistics, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Abby is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree and hopes to graduate in the spring of 2018. Abby volunteers with local Girl Scout troops in Jacksonville and Prevent Child Abuse America. After college, Abby intends stay in Jacksonville to pursue a career in advertising.
Danni is a junior from New Smyrna Beach, Florida, studying Early Childhood Education and American Sign Language. While attending UNF, she has had the opportunity to be a Teaching Assistant for the Honors Colloquium Course, working with freshmen to help them in the transition from high school to college. Danni has a passion for helping younger generations in whatever way she can, but especially by teaching. Additionally, she is currently heavily involved with the on-campus ministry called the Navigators. After graduating college, Danni hopes to teach first grade or work on staff with the Navigators.
