Come hang out on the last Monday of the month with the LGBT Center staff! We will be playing games such as Pokemon GO, UNO, Monopoly, and more! Meet other students, build community and lasting friendships, and just have fun!

The Local and National Push for Transgender Equality

The Jacksonville community is invited to join the University of North Florida and the LGBT Community Fund for Northeast Florida for an eye-opening and timely discussion about the state of transgender rights in America. Kasey Suffredini, Chief Program Officer and Director of the Transgender Freedom Project at Freedom for All Americans, will discuss current policy initiatives and the movement to secure equal protections for all people. Learn about efforts in Jacksonville, Florida and beyond to ensure the most vulnerable populations are granted equal protections and opportunities.


This event is made possible by the LGBT Community Fund for Northeast Florida.

This event is free and open to the public. Parking is free at University Center.
