Rachel oversees the Osprey Cove community and joined the UNF family in July 2017. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Communication with a public relations emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Rachel received her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University. Rachel is passionate about inclusion, educational programming and wellness. In her free time, Rachel loves skydiving, cats and listening to music.

Alex joined the UNF family in the Fall of 2017 and oversees Osprey Landing. Alex received his Bachelor of Arts from Jacksonville University in Music with a minor in Education and is currently pursuing his Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from UNF. During his undergraduate studies, Alex was involved in Residence Life working as a Resident Adviser and as a Community Leader. In his free time Alex enjoys reading, playing music and bowling. ​

Ashley oversees The Flats at UNF community and has been a member of the UNF family since July 2016. Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Leadership Studies and Sociology from the University of South Florida and her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University. Ashley is passionate about student conduct, conflict resolution, and programming. In her free time, Ashley enjoys crossfit, crafting and coffee.

Becki joined the UNF family in July 2017. Becki earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Western Illinois University, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration here at UNF. During her undergraduate years, Becki was involved as a Resident Assistant and as a Summer Orientation Leader. Becki is passionate about having a positive impact on students and promoting diversity. In her free time, Becki loves petting dogs, going to concerts, watching hockey, and eating sweets.
Corey Ulloa

Corey was born and raised in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida (Tampa) in Criminology with minors in Psychology and Leadership Studies. Corey later received his Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University where he worked as a Resident Director and oversaw a building and the Impact Leadership Village. He also completed a yearlong internship with Student Involvement where he worked with Student Government and on creating an inaugural International Festival. In Corey's free time, he enjoys participating in sports (especially soccer and running) and watching sports. He also enjoys watching TV and playing video games. He is passionate about student leadership and student involvement and is excited to be at UNF with students that have diverse interests. Corey enjoys working with fellow student affairs departments and staff to learn about each department and to one day become a Senior Student Affairs Officer.

Darryl joined the UNF family Fall 2016 and oversees Osprey Crossings community. Darryl received his Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas and his Bachelors of Science Degree in Graphics Arts Technology Management from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri. Darryl is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. Darryl is passionate about student involvement and promoting self-care. In his free time Darryl loves to run, clean and go shopping.

DeWayne joined the UNF family Fall of 2017 and overseas Osprey Hall and Osprey Village. He received his Master Degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA and his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Clarion University in Clarion, PA. DeWayne is originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is extremely passionate about social justice and promoting positivity by meditating and getting in tune with the earth. In his free time, he loves to workout, meditate, and write poetry.

Emily joined the UNF family Fall 2017 and oversees Osprey Landing. Emily received her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in Oshkosh, WI and her Bachelors of Art in Political Science with a Legal Emphasis also from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Emily is passionate about student government, advocacy, and current events. In her free time Emily loves to spend time at the beach and writing.

Kat rejoined the UNF family in July 2017 and co-oversees the Osprey Fountains community together with Corey. Kat received her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management from the University of North Florida. She is currently working on her Masters of Higher Education Administration here at UNF. Kat is originally from Austria which is one of the reasons why she is particularly passionate for learning about and experiencing different cultures and student involvement. In her free time, Kat loves traveling to new places, enjoying good music and playing board games.
Sheresa Divens

Living-Learning Communities
Educational Initiatives
Sheresa joined UNF in Fall 2017 and supports the Living-Learning Communities and Educational Initiatives programs in Residence Life. Sheresa attended The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) where she earned a Masters in Higher Education in May 2017 and a Bachelors in Human Development in 2015. As a student, Sheresa was involved as a Resident Advisor, Orientation Leader, a member of NRHH, a sister of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority and a Housing Desk Assistant. In her spare time, Sheresa enjoys being with her husband, watching Food Network, reading, and discovering local restaurants and activities. As the RLC for Educational Initiatives, she is excited to bridge the gap between learning inside and outside the classroom through the support of our residential learning opportunities.
