Invitation to Summer Seminar

“Making Your Transition to College”

Presented by the Disability Resource Center, University of North Florida

This one day seminar for high school students with disabilities, parents and school personnel will provide information about applying to colleges, providing documentation to the college disability office, requesting accommodations and services and much more!

 

Information will be provided by various University department personnel.

 

Who should attend: High School students with disabilities who will graduate with a standard diploma and who plan to enroll in a degree seeking program at a college or university. Parents and high school personnel are also welcome to attend.

 

Where: At the University of North Florida, College of Education and Human Services, Building 57 Room 1100B.

 

When: Friday, June 22, 2012, 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. Lunch will be provided.

 

Cost: Nothing! Just your time and interest to learn more about your future.
