Your OLLI is historic

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI)

Many hands make light work.

OLLI is a volunteer-led, volunteer-staffed program. We, the members, ensure its sustainability.

Have you considered volunteering? Host a class you are taking. Minimal time and commitment are required. Arrive 30 minutes prior to a class. Provide a warm welcome to your fellow class members. Stay a few minutes after class to thank them for coming. When all sessions of the class are over, your job is done.

Ready to make a larger commitment? If so, consider become a member of one of our teams. The Member Relations team arranges hosts for each class and assists with event hospitality. The Curriculum Team plans each terms classes and recruits instructors. The ED-venture Team scouts, plans and leads their programs. All teams provide mentoring to orient new members to their operations.

A steady stream of new volunteers ensures OLLI’s dynamism and the influx of fresh, new ideas. Invest your unique talents, perspectives and life experiences to guarantee your OLLI’s sustainability.

Live well. Learn forever.
