Summary
New!
Participants are inspired to begin writing the story of their life and legacy. The course will offer a bullet list of practical steps for beginning the project, including a number of questions and suggestions to pique the memory and imagination. We will focus on class members and their lives, with a high level of participation and exchange of ideas.
In the first of four sessions, students will be introduced to the genre, the first of which will be introductory and exploratory. Students will then be asked to explore their memories and do some research into their family/personal history and return with a “white page” (summary) of their life story to share with the class - if they are comfortable sharing.
