| Josh Porter began his studies at the University of North Florida as an undergraduate student and has continued his education as a graduate student in the Practical Philosophy and Applied Ethics program. He is currently involved in the Philosophy department’s first-ever student and faculty colloquium.
Josh’s favorite place to unwind on campus is on the quiet floors of the Thomas G. Carpenter Library. He enjoys playing video games and surfing when he takes a break from his studies.
Josh’s advice for students considering a master’s degree, “Graduate school will uncover all the little niche communities in your field and knowing about them is not only rewarding, but also requires extra time and effort.”
