Visiting the UNF Fine Arts Center

Parking Information

The following are parking requirements for event parking at the Fine Arts Center, Andrew A. Robinson, Jr. Theater, and Osprey Commons Talon Room.

WEEKEND EVENT PARKING - Events taking place Friday after 5 p.m., Saturday, or Sunday:

All patrons are required to stop at the main Parking Information Booth (Building 52, located at the I-295 entrance to campus) and purchase a $5 per vehicle daily parking permit. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted at the booth for payment.

Once patrons have purchased a permit, they are allowed to leave campus and re-enter same day without additional payment. Parking is permitted on the second, third and fourth floors of the Fine Arts Parking Garage (Building 44), and the adjacent lots 1 and 2. Parking on the first floor is for Faculty & Staff permits only.

Event organizers have the option to arrange a parking buyout, so that parking is pre-paid and patrons are not required to purchase permits. If a parking buyout has been arranged, patrons will be notified by the event organizers.

WEEKDAY EVENT PARKING - Events taking place Monday through Thursday and Friday until 5 p.m.:

**Parking availability is scarce during peak class times, Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Patrons should arrive early to allow time for parking prior to events.**

All patrons are required to stop at the Parking Information Booth, located at either campus entrance (I-295 booth – Building 52 or Kernan Boulevard booth – Building 47), and pay $5 per vehicle for a daily parking permit. Daily permits allow for parking on the second, third and fourth floors of the Fine Arts Parking Garage (Building 44), the adjacent lots 1 and 2, and discount lots 18 and 53. This permit does not allow for parking in spaces marked “Reserved” or “Vendor”, or on the first floor of the Fine Arts Garage, which is for Faculty & Staff permits only. Permit must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard. Once patrons have purchased a permit, they are allowed to leave campus and re-enter same day without additional payment.

Event organizers have the option to arrange a parking buyout, so that parking is pre-paid and patrons are not required to purchase permits. If a parking buyout has been arranged, patrons will be notified by the event organizers.
