Currently you may experience problems with coping one Blackboard content item into another. This problem only occurs when attempting to copy content from within the web browser you are currently logged into Blackboard with. Blackboard is aware of this issue, and in the meantime you can still continue to copy content items using one of the following workarounds.
1st Method: Open two web browsers and copy the Blackboard content between the browsers.2nd Method: Copy the content information from the HTML view and paste it into the HTML view of the other content item.
3rd Method: Copy the content from Blackboard into MS Word and then copy the MS Word content into Blackboard.
Blackboard Collaborate is not intended to be course copied, but recordings can be. For a session it is recommended that you create new sessions for each course and not attempt to copy them.
Inline grading Croc Doc viewer does not display form data properly. For a description of form fields in Microsoft Word click here. This also includes the Reference tool in MS Word.
If you know or suspect the submitted document has form data in it, the best practice is to save the file to your computer and open it outside of Blackboard.
Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome have changed the way embedded content is displayed in their browsers. Before it would display the content without requiring action from the user now both browsers require you click on a shield icon located in the address bar.For Google Chrome the shield icon appears at the end of the URL in the address bar located at the top of the browser (see below).

There is a known issues within SafeAssign that causes students to receive the error, "Sorry, we do not think you are logged in to SafeAssign. Your session may have time out. If you have received this message in error, please contact your system administrator." when submitting a their assignment. To fix this problem students will need to allow their web browser to save third-party cookie data. Below are instructions for changing third-party cookie settings in your browser.
